K-State Zimbra Slowness Issue

Normal mail service has been restored.

Monday, July 16 2012, 10:45 a.m.
Some users are reporting slow email access today - both signing in and sending
messages. Our service provider has been contacted.

Our service provider fixed this issue Tuesday afternoon. Any new
issues should be reported to the IT Help Desk.

Our service provider is looking into the intermittent email issues
that continue after Monday's slowness and connectivity problems.
Note that some K-Staters may receive multiple copies of the same
email, which is an attempt by the server to ensure that the email is
delivered. ITS apologizes for the inconvenience.
