Unable to sign on after password reset

Password reset services may not immediately recognize a new password due to load on the service. If your new password doesn't work, contact IT-Help Desk at 532-7722.

The IT Help Desk has received a number of calls about not being able to sign on to K-State services after changing a password. Information Technology Services (ITS) is working to resolve the issue. We will post additional updates to the IT status page. ITS apologizes for the inconvenience.
