We are transitioning between Smart Protection (Scan Servers) for the
central Trend Micro environment. During this time you may experience
some time where the scan servers become unavailable. This should not
hinder your AV protection, but you may see a red X on the Trend icon.
Central IT is working to get everything back to normal.
