Office 365 connectivity issues

This issue has been resolved.

ITS is continuing to troubleshoot email connectivity issues between email clients, mobile devices, Outlook Desktop client and Office 365 that started on Tuesday, February 19. ITS is continuing to work with Microsoft to resolve these issues.  As a workaround, K-Staters can use webmail.ksu.edu to check and manage their email.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

ITS has received several reports of connectivity issues between email clients, mobile devices and Office 365. Those that have been impacted the most are those that are using the IMAP, POP and SMTP settings to access email.  ITS is continuing to work with Microsoft to resolve the issue. As a workaround K-Staters can use webmail.ksu.edu to check and manage their email.​
