The server has been rebooted and the issue is resolved.

We are currently
experiencing issues with the file server for the UCL/Infocommons
Provisioning Server. We plan to reboot all servers beginning at 3:15pm
to resolve the issue. During this time all users using
a UCL or Infocommons computer will see their sessions hang up and be
unrecoverable. We expect service to be restored around 3:30pm.
