Beginning midday on 12/8, K-State Online powered by Canvas
began experiencing issues for people using Mozilla Firefox with
Grades, Inbox and a few other tools. If you receive an unresponsive
page or see a spinning icon waiting for your grade book or other tools
to load, please try using Google Chrome at this time. Canvas is aware
of the Firefox issue and is working on a resolution. Also please report
issues related to unresponsive or slow pages when not using Firefox to
the Help Desk so we can continue to track any issues that are
non-Firefox related.
