InfoCommons Computer Intermittent Outages 4/28/15

The issue has been resolved.

We are currently experiencing an outage of Citrix Provisioning Services in the University Computing Labs as well as the Hale Library InfoCommons and Studio Classrooms that is preventing PCs from booting into Windows.  At this time, we don not have an estimate on when things will be back up and running.  Please contact the IT Helpdesk if you have any questions at 785-532-7722 or helpdesk@ksu.edu

 The Information Technology Services has been working with K-State Networking and Telecommunications and external consultants to analyze the slow boot times and errors that are randomly occurring in the University Computer Labs, InfoCommons and computer studios. We are continuing to troubleshoot the problem and will provide updates when we have more news to share.

ITS staff have  resolved the issues in the Dickens 206, Eisenhower 228, Cardwell 144, Cardwell 145 Computer Studios.  Staff is continuing to address the issues in the Seaton 022, and Dickens 001 University Computing Labs.  They are also working on the Hale Library InfoCommons, Union Labs, Weigel Library, Cardwell Library and the Hale 407 lab.  Your patience is greaty appreciated.
