The Admissions issue has been resolved.
The IDM team had an issue with one of the searching algorithms that is part of the eID creation process. They currently have a workaround in place so users can continue to register for eIDs.
The IT Help Desk has received a number of calls about users receiving an error message when applying as undergraduates. The error is "This eProfile has encountered a system error. Please sign out and try again." ITS staff are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
