This issue has been resolved.
K-State Online Canvas recovery continues to progress quickly. Although
many users should now be able to access K-State Online, there may still
be areas of impaired functionality as they work through remaining
issues. We will update this status again when the service is performing
Amazon continues to work on the problem and we do not yet have an ETA on the restoration of K-State online services.
The IT Help Desk has received reports that users are unable to sign into K-State Online. IT staff are aware of the matter and working on a resolution.
