Issue has been resolved.
We have been experiencing periodic issues with web browsing to services such as the ksu homepage, email, as well as external websites. Users have reported experiencing excessively long delays in loading webpages (longer than 1 or 2 minutes), or receiving timeout errors for the majority of websites they are trying to access. NTS is working with our vendors to identify the root cause of this behavior.
The important thing to note is that this issue impacts almost every connection that is attempted through the web browser. If this describes the issue you are having, please contact your local system administrator or the IT Help Desk for assistance.
