The upgrade has been completed.
We are planning to upgrade Service-Now to the Kingston release on Tuesday, April 17th in the morning. It should be finished before 6 AM. As with all Service-Now patches and upgrades, this is an automated process and no downtime is anticipated. Any issues can be reported to the IT Help Desk by calling 785-532-7722, emailing email@example.com, or submitting the Report an Issue with Service-Now form.
