K-State email certificate problems

Android based devices are now able to access K-State email system.

Some email clients, notably Android based phones, are experiencing a certificate error this morning talking to the K-State email system. Work is underway to resolve the issue.

K-State wireless network maintenance; Manhattan campus intermittent disruptions

K-State wireless network maintenance has been completed.

The wireless controllers on the Manhattan campus will undergo a software upgrade. During this maintenance window, there will be intermittent wireless network service across the Manhattan campus as the controllers are rebooted, and subsequently, as the access points across campus are upgraded and rebooted. While the maintenance window is 2 hours, any given location should not experience service disruptions longer than 5 - 10 minutes.

Students needing to print basketball tickets for today's game can go directly to Bramlage Coliseum Ticket Office and their ticket will be printed there.

This change has been postponed until 10  a.m. Friday, September 24.

Revised announcement: The bookmarks feature of the K-State Portal will no longer be available starting at 10  a.m. Friday, September 24, 2010. If you would like a listing of your bookmarks, contact the IT Helpdesk.

Other features such as links to K-State Online, iSIS, eProfile, and a listing of K-State Announcements and Events, are still available. The K-State Portal can be accessed by signing in with your eID and password from the K-State homepage (www.k-state.edu).
