K-State Webmail (Zimbra) is currently unavailable. Staff are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. There is no estimated time when this service will return.

K-State Zimbra intermittent problems

K-State Zimbra intermittent problems

We are receiving reports of intermittent problems with K-State Zimbra. Service will be restored as soon as possible.

K-State Zimbra offline for upgrade Nov. 20, 2011.

Upgrade completed as scheduled.

History:

K-State Zimbra will be upgraded to version 7 and its email, calendar and other uses will be unavailable from midnight to 4 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 20. As usual, all email received and sent during this time will be stored and released when the upgrade is finished; no email will be lost.

K-State Online/Axio briefly unavailable for patch

This maintenance has bee completed.

History:
K-State Online will be unavailable for a short period on Monday,
November 14, 7:00am-7:30am for scheduled maintenance. Service will be
restored sooner if possible.

Pharos Sunday downtime

The Pharos print system has been updated successfully.

History:

The Pharos print system will be down Sunday November 13th from 8:00 am to 9:00 am to apply windows updates. Print services will be unavailable during this time.

K-State Zimbra issue

This Zimbra issue has been resolved.

History:
K-State Zimbra is experiencing problems with the Outlook connector which
is impacting clients such as mobile devices.

Network connectivity in Dickens Hall

The connectivity to Dickens Hall has been restored.

History:
There is a Networking switch down in Dickens Hall. Staff are
working to get a new one configured and in place as soon as possible.

K-State Zimbra scheduled maintenance

Maintance was completed as scheduled.

History:

November 6, 12am - 4am

K-State Zimbra, including K-State e-mail services, will be unavailable
during scheduled maintenance on Sunday, November 6 from approximately
midnight to 4 am. Users may receive an error message upon sign in during
the maintenance period. No mail will be lost and all queued mail will be
sent once maintenance is completed. Check the ITS status page for updates.
