Current known issues and fixes:
1. Icons look funny or are incorrect using webmail in Internet Explorer. Current fix: Consider switching to a different browser such as Firefox, Chrome or Safari. You can also use Mail Classic, which may reduce the functionality you are accustomed to, however, the icons will display properly. To switch to Mail Classic, sign into webmail and then from the top-right corner, click the Mail Classic link. So that Mail Classic opens every time you sign in, from webmail, click the Options tab, and in the General section choose to Login using Standard HTML.
2. Global Access List (GAL) is working intermittently. Current fix: We are working with Zimbra on a resolution.
3. Email search function is working intermittently. Current fix: We are working with Zimbra on a resolution.
4. Signature is not appended to a message when an email is replied to or forwarded. Current fix: From webmail, click the Options tab, and then the Signatures option from the left. Make sure the desired signature is highlighted and then click Save to verify your signature.
5. Calendar functional issues. Current fix: We are actively investigating reported calendar issues.
