The City of Manhattan is adding additional storm drains on Claflin
Road and we have been asked to relocate the fiber that feeds the
Foundation Center, University Motor Pool, and the Forestry Building.
This fiber maintenance is scheduled from 7 p.m. Monday June 4th to 1
a.m. June 5th. There will be a loss of voice and data services to the
the Foundation Center, University Motor Pool, and Kansas Forestry Service
during this maintenance window. We apologize in advance for any
inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Pharos Printing Maintenance

The Pharos maintenance has been completed successfully. Free printing has been set for $5.00 for the summer semester.

IT security training for 2012

The problem with moving to part 2 after completing part 1 of the IT security
training has been fixed.

For those who got an error after completing part 1 that prevented them from moving to
part 2, we are working on a method to identify those individuals. We will mark their HRIS record
as having fully completed the training so they do not have repeat part 1 or check the box in part 2.
We will mark their training record in HRIS as having fully competed the training will then notify them.
