The problem with moving to part 2 after completing part 1 of the IT security
training has been fixed.

For those who got an error after completing part 1 that prevented them from moving to
part 2, we are working on a method to identify those individuals. We will mark their HRIS record
as having fully completed the training so they do not have repeat part 1 or check the box in part 2.
We will mark their training record in HRIS as having fully competed the training will then notify them.

There's a known problem with the 2012 IT security training.
Some people are getting the following error after they complete
part 1, which prevents them from continuing to part 2:

You do not have permission to view
/its/security/secureit/2012-secure-it/step-2/.
If you believe this is an error, please contact the K-State IT Help Desk.

Others have been able to complete part 2 successfully. We are working on
fixing the problem. Those who got the error will not have to take part 1
again. Part 2 is merely the acknowledgment check-box and presentation of
the completion certificate.
