Microsoft Office will be unavailable
The maintenance has been completed.

Beginning at 10:30pm on 7/30/2012 Microsoft Office will be unavailable on
the Infocommons and University Computing Lab Windows PCs until computers
in each area have been re-imaged. During this time Microsoft Office will
still be available on the Macintosh computers in the Infocommons and
OpenOffice will be available on all computers. We will update this posting
as areas come back online.

Email Maintenance

The Zimbra upgrade was successfully completed this morning.

K-State email will be unavailable on Sunday morning, July 29th,
from midnight until 3 am while it is being upgraded. No email will
be lost, any email received during this time will be queued and
delivered when the upgrade is completed.

Platinum Experiencing Issues with Visible Folders
The issue has been resolved.

We are experiencing an issue with the Central File server (workarea, home)
folders where certain folders have come into view that were not in view prior
to today. These folders are not accessible, but will be visible even when you
do not have access to the contents.
To resolve this issue we will restart the Central File Server tonight at 11:00pm.
There may be a momentary disruption of service as the systems fails over.
