HRIS "SQL" Error

The problem has been resolved

HRIS is experiencing an SQL error when going into view paycheck. Someone is looking into the matter of the issue.

Unable to sign on after password reset

Password reset services may not immediately recognize a new password due to load on the service. If your new password doesn't work, contact IT-Help Desk at 532-7722.

KMS server maintenance

Maintenance has been completed.

The KMS servers will be updated in preparation for
Windows 8 and Server 2012 on Friday August 31, 2012
7:00pm-9:00pm. This update will require a reboot.

Zimbra (email) slowness

The problem has been resolved.

Some users are reporting slowness with Zimbra (email). The vendor experienced
a problem at one of their sites, ITS is working with the vendor to resolve
the problem as quickly as possible.

The Pharos printing maintenance is completed. New semester free print balances have been set for $10.00.

Intermittent wireless outage

The upgrade has been completed.

At 11:30 ITS is completing a wireless controller upgrade. There will
be intermittent 30 minute outages for those on Aruba access points.
Users will experience losing access to a session and then reconnecting.
