Authentication Issues

The IT Help Desk has received a number of calls about signing into K-State Webmail.  Due to issues with scheduled maintenance, users ability to sign into Webmail, Service-now and My CES Account has been temporarily impacted. Information Technology Services (ITS) is working to quickly resolve the issue and apologizes for the inconvenience.

Platinum Server Maintenance

This maintenance has been completed.

The Platinum file server requires a restart tonight at 8:00 PM to finish
up a maintenance task. The file shares hosted by this system will be
unavailable for 15 to 20 minutes.

Trend scan servers intermittent availability

 This issue has been resolved.

We are transitioning between Smart Protection (Scan Servers) for the central Trend Micro environment. During this time you may experience some time where the scan servers become unavailable. This should not hinder your AV protection, but you may see a red X on the Trend icon. Central IT is working to get everything back to normal.
