The IT Help Desk has received a number of calls about users being unable to access K-State Online. Information Technology Services (ITS) is working to resolve the issue and apologizes for the inconvenience.

Zoom maintenance
This maintenance has been completed

December 10, 2913 at 12:04 P.M.
ITS has scheduled maintenance for Zoom web conferencing services between 7am to 7:30am on Wednesday, December 11. Anyone connected may experience a brief interruption of services. During the maintenance session the K-State hosted Zoom meeting connector services will be moved to Zoom's cloud services to allow maintenance to take place on the hosted K-State server.

The email delay is persisting this morning, the problem has been narrowed to the vendor and we are awaiting their response. Information Technology Services apologizes for the inconvenience.

Information Technology Services staff are working with Microsoft to determine the issue. Zimbra users can send emails successfully but receiving emails could be delayed an hour or more. Office 365 email is working correctly.
