The email delay is persisting this morning, the problem has been narrowed to the vendor and we are awaiting their response. Information Technology Services apologizes for the inconvenience.

Information Technology Services staff are working with Microsoft to determine the issue. Zimbra users can send emails successfully but receiving emails could be delayed an hour or more. Office 365 email is working correctly.

The IT Help Desk has received a number of calls about users not receiving emails using Zimbra. Information Technology Services (ITS) is working to resolve the issue and apologizes for the inconvenience.
