Instructor K-State Online Mail Error

Instructors wanting to make changes to their rosters in K-State Online will need to select a course theme to prevent errors that occur when changes are made. Errors may also occur when any pop-up window is accessed in K-State Online. For assistance on selecting a theme, please contact the IT Help Desk. (785)532-7722

ITS is continuing to troubleshoot email connectivity issues between email clients, mobile devices, Outlook Desktop client and Office 365 that started on Tuesday, February 19. ITS is continuing to work with Microsoft to resolve these issues. As a workaround, K-Staters can use webmail.ksu.edu to check and manage their email. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Those that have been impacted the most are those that are using the IMAP, POP and SMTP settings to access email. ITS is continuing to work with Microsoft to resolve the issue. As a workaround K-Staters can use webmail.ksu.edu to check and manage their email.

Intermittent Server Connection Issues
Services were restored around 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, 2/20. The cause of the outage appeared to be related to a log server failure, which impacted subsequent services in the data center.

Campus public computer labs including the Hale Library Infocommons will be down for maintenance on Friday, February 21 beginning at 6:30am. The outage is expected to last less than 5 minutes. Patrons using the computers at this time may have their computers freeze up and lose any data stored on the computers.
