Around 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, the Office of Student Financial Assistance finished recreating the remaining financial aid transactions and opened financial aid self-service for student access. Student bills for the month of July were accessible in iSIS Wednesday, July 23, and reflect the most current financial aid awards.

iSIS services were restored at 12:40 p.m. Monday, July 21 for universitywide access. All self-service functions are available, with the exception of financial aid, which will be available as soon as all transactions have been recreated.

iSIS access has been temporarily suspended for the majority of users until Information Technology Services can recover data from a recent disk failure.
Information Technology Services is working with key stakeholders to develop a plan to restore iSIS transactions from July 10-15.
iSIS will be opened for campuswide use after as many transactions as possible have been restored. Again, Information Technology Services appreciates the patience of the campus community as we continue to restore iSIS to the fullest extent possible.

A plan is being developed with assistance from key stakeholders to recreate as many transactions as possible since July 10th to minimize the negative impact on students, faculty, and staff. The system will be brought up after as many transactions as possible can be re-created.

iSIS has been successfully restored from a backup taken the evening of July 10th. A plan is being developed with assistance from key stakeholders to recreate as many transactions as possible since July 10th to minimize the negative impact on students, faculty, and staff.
