Office 365 Update - Dec 27- 10 AM.
Beginning at 10 a.m. on December 27, ITS will start the process of deploying a new authentication system for email that will impact the ability to access Webmail and Office 365. During the deployment availability may be sporadic for up to 24 hours. Use http://webmail.ksu.edu to access e-mail if needed.

iSIS is back online for students, faculty, and advisors.

To minimize potential data access errors and maximize processing performance during grade processing, iSIS will be unavailable for students, faculty, and advisors from approximately noon until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 23. Access will be restored as soon as grade processing has been completed. For more information regarding end of semester processing, please check the Fall 2014 End of Semester Processing page.

Beginning midday on 12/8, K-State Online powered by Canvas began experiencing issues for people using Mozilla Firefox with Grades, Inbox and a few other tools. If you receive an unresponsive page or see a spinning icon waiting for your grade book or other tools to load, please try using Google Chrome at this time. Canvas is aware of the Firefox issue and is working on a resolution. Also please report issues related to unresponsive or slow pages when not using Firefox to the Help Desk so we can continue to track any issues that are non-Firefox related.

Migration of K-State WordPress Blogs and eNewsletters

K-State WordPress eNewsletters have been successfully migrated. WordPress blog migration is still ongoing. During this time site administrators will not be able to make changes or publish new text until the blog migration is complete.

Office 365 Update December 5
This maintenance is complete.

Beginning at noon on Friday, December 5 users logging in to K-State Webmail will see a new K-State splash screen during the Sign-in process. This is in preparation for rolling out new functionality in Office 365 for the spring semester. This has no effect on the users experience and no downtime is anticipated.
