Thursday morning, between 2 AM and 3:30 AM, we will be performing a couple maintenance tasks.
The first maintenance will involve upgrading the Procera appliance to the latest firmware version, as well as update application signatures. This maintenance will result in a few brief disruptions to Internet traffic (15 seconds or so).
The second maintenance window will be to remove the Palo Alto firewall from in front of the Residence Halls / Jardine / KSU Housing wireless, and will start at 3 AM. This will result in a network disruption to the Residence Halls that will last a few minutes at most.

Pharos print services unavailable 01/14/15
The Pharos printer maintenance has been completed. The semester print balance has been set back to $10.
Information Technology Services updating email authentication system 1/14
The email authentication system has been upgraded. If users have issues with email, please use webmail.ksu.edu.

SecureAuth is in production. If users have issues with email, we suggest that they use http://webmail.ksu.edu.
ITS started the email authentication upgrade at about 4:40 p.m. This process is ongoing. We will post an update later this evening. During this time, email clients — Outlook, MacMail, etc. — may not work. We recommend that users access their email by going to webmail.ksu.edu during maintenance.
The purpose of this maintenance is to prepare Office 365 for the addition of OneDrive and free personal access to Microsoft Office for students, faculty and staff home computers. We thank you for your patience as we work to bring these applications online
