Update Cat Cash Upgrade

The Cat Cash online account management software transition is complete and now open for online deposits. Cat Cash customers can being making deposits immediately

History:

Kansas State is upgrading the Cat Cash online account. Cat Cash deposits can not be made using the ManageMyID online portal but the deposits can be made in-person at the following locations:

    K-State ID Center | 022 K-State Student Union
    Union Bowling Center | Lower level, K-State Student Union
    Housing and Dining Services | 104 Pittman

Firewall Maintenance - 04/21

The upgrade has been completed.

History:

Friday morning, between 7:45 AM and 8:00 AM, the Olathe campus firewalls will be upgraded similar to how several firewalls were upgraded today. There is no anticipated service disruption due to this maintenance.

Firewall Maintenance - 4/20

 This maintenance has been completed.

History:

Thursday, April 20th, between 10 AM and 12 PM, several firewall upgrades across campus will be completed. No service disruptions from this maintenance are anticipated, except in one case, and that unit has been communicated to with the anticipated disruption of service in their area.

Phishing Scam Reported

ITS has received a phishing scam reported to be from April Mason, Provost and Senior Vice President, please do not open the attached pdf file. Please delete the email or submit it to abuse@ksu.edu. Check the K-State Phishing Scams Blog for more information and a list of recent scams.

Ahearn - Natatorium Power Outage

The power has been restored.

History:

The IT Help desk has received calls about a power outage in Ahearn and the Natatorium.  IT staff are aware of the matter and working on a resolution.

HRIS Single Sign-On

The HRIS issue has been resolved.

History:
The HRIS Single Sign-On is currently experiencing issues. ITS staff are working to resolve the matter.

Cat Cash Upgrade

This has been resolved. 

History:
Kansas State is upgrading the Cat Cash online account. Since March 30th, customers have been unable to access the ManageMyID online portal for account maintenance. Cat Cash deposits can be made in-person at the following locations:

There will be a firmware upgrade from 6pm-9pm on Thursday, April 20th. No downtime is expected.

This issue has been resolved.

History:

Connections to the Isilon storage are currently not working. ITS is working to resolve the issue.
