History:
Transaction Hub (Webmethods) will be upgraded to release 9.9 in three phases starting 5/8/17 through 5/31/17. The transition will not be noticeable for batch and real-time Integrations except for applications that are calling Transaction Hub Integration services. Applications calling Transaction Hub Integration services will need to make a change to the new production URL beginning 05/10/2017.

Phase 2 - Transaction Hub Webservice URL Migration - 5/10/2017 - 5/31/17
Phase 3 - Real Time & Self-Service Form Migration - 5/17/2017 - 10:30 AM CST
