Server Maintenance - 12/21

The maintenance has been completed.

History:
On Thursday, December 21st at noon EST will be performing maintenance on the back-end DNS servers. This should not cause downtime and there should be no impact to users. For questions or concerns, please email estech@ksu.edu. Issues should be reported to the NOC.

DARS Maintaince 12/27/17

 The DARS maintenance has been completed successfully.

History
The DARS database will be unavailable due to planned maintenance on Wednesday, December 27 from 7:15 a.m. - 9 a.m.   

 Any attempt to run or access DARS audits from KSIS during the maintenance will likely result in an error.

 The Odyssey PCS system will be down Thursday, December 21st for database maintenance and upgrade. During this time no transactions or inquiries will be processed.

Slow E-mail 12/5/17

The issue has been resolved.

History:
Microsoft has reported that a number of people may see delays in sending and receiving email through their K-State accounts. ITS is aware of the issue, and Microsoft is working on a solution for the affected accounts. Please contact the IT Help Desk if you have any questions.
