We are planning to upgrade ServiceNow to the London release tomorrow Tuesday, March 19th in the morning. It should be finished before 4AM. As with all ServiceNow patches and upgrades, this is an automated process and no downtime is anticipated. Any issues can be reported to the IT Help Desk by calling 785-532-7722, emailing helpdesk@k-state.edu, or submitting the Report an Issue form.
