Canvas Issue

The email issue has been resolved. Please contact the IT Help desk (532-7722) if you have any questions.

History:
When an instructor emails all students in the course, Canvas is now including completed students (meaning those students who were enrolled in the class but later dropped).  IT staff is working with Canvas to solve the issue.  In the meantime, instructors can select to message their course section instead, which does not include completed students.
