Mediasite Update - 05/28/19

 Maintenance has been completed.

History:
Mediasite will undergo an update on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 5 a.m. until approximately 9 a.m. Users may experience intermittent interruptions of various Mediasite functions (playback, upload, editing, etc.) during the maintenance window. 

Cat Cash Web Deposit Portal Maintenance - 05/14/19

Maintenance has been completed.

History:
The Cat Cash Web Deposit Portal will be down for maintenance Tuesday, May 14, 2019, from 7 am to 12 pm. Cat Cash will operate normally. Deposits can only be made through the K-State ID Center during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Electrical Power Maintenance - 05/22/19

 Maintenance has been completed

 History:
SERVICE INTERRUPTION NOTIFICATION (4:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.):

Working on existing high voltage cables in our underground high voltage switches and vaults that supply electrical power to these buildings.  This maintenance will affect anything that uses electricity to include computers and servers, air conditioning and other HVAC systems, and more.

Issue has been resolved.

IT Help Desk is getting reports of issues logging into K-State Webmail. ITS is aware of the issue and is working to resolve the issue.

Housing and Dining Resident Portal

Maintenance has been completed.

History:
The Housing and Dining Resident Portal is down for maintenance Tuesday, May 14 2019, until 12 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

KSIS and UAchieve maintenance - 5/23

The maintenance has been completed.

HIstory:

Tonight from 6 pm – 7:30 pm, we will be doing some system-wide maintenance to production KSIS and UAchieve. For a period of time, connectivity to the application will be sporadic.

Electrical work in Hale Library today at 5pm

The maintenance has been completed.

History:
Tonight at 5pm some electrical work will be occurring in Hale Library. No outages are expected.

Wireless Maintenance in Danforth Chapel 5/4

Maintenance has been completed. 

History:

NTS will be performing wireless maintenance in Danforth Chapel Saturday (5/4) from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.  This maintenance will affect wireless connectivity intermittently throughout the building during this time.

Wireless Maintenance in McCain 5/4

Maintenance has been completed.

History:

NTS will be performing wireless maintenance in McCain Saturday (5/4) from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.  This maintenance will affect wireless connectivity intermittently throughout the building during this time.

Wireless Maintenance in Beach Art Museum 5/4

The maintenance has been completed.

History:
NTS will be performing wireless maintenance in Beach Art Museum Wednesday (5/1) from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  This maintenance will affect wireless connectivity intermittently throughout the building during this time.

Firewall Maintenance - 05/02

The maintenance needs to be rescheduled to another date to be determined.

History:

Thursday, May 2^nd, between 5:05 PM and 6:05 PM, a software update will be performed on the Palo Alto firewalls.  No service disruption is anticipated due to this maintenance.

ID Center invoices and statements

Overnight, a monthly task from the ID Center ran repeatedly generating invoices and statements for various departments on campus. These invoices and statements were then emailed to those departments. The ID Center is aware of the issue and is investigating the problem with the software vendor. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
