ServiceNow upgrade 10/17

The upgrade has been completed.

ServiceNow will be upgraded to the Madrid release tomorrow Thursday, October 17th in the morning. It should be finished before 5AM. As with all ServiceNow upgrades, this is an automated process and no downtime is anticipated. Any issues can be reported to the IT Help Desk by calling 785-532-7722, emailing, or submitting the Report an Issue form. For additional details, see KB14122
