Public-Facing Services Maintenance - 02/24/2020
The maintenance was completed successfully.
History:
On Monday Feb 24 at 7pm, we are upgrading the following public-facing services. There will be 5-10 minutes of downtime.
• Connect
• Parking Garage status indicator (accessed on Connect and/or mobile device bookmark)
• Graduate School Forms
• Selective Scholarship
• A-Z Directory
• K-State Bar on Canvas and eProfile
Additional services that are not public-facing but will be upgraded include:
• Notifications on Connect
• Advisories, the middle-ware that consumes emergency alerts and then pushes them to the K-State website and mobile app

Microsoft Teams Issues 02/3/2020
This issue has been resolved by Microsoft.
History:
Microsoft has determined that an authentication certificate has expired causing users who have logged out and those that are still logged in to have an issue using the service. Microsoft is developing a fix to apply a new authentication certificate to the service which will remediate impact. Microsoft has confirmed that reports of impact to other Teams features such as chat history visibility and Auto Attendant functionality are related to this authorization issue.
