Notification of two iTAC helpdesk email addresses used for servicing requests

As we continue to work remotely, the help desk wishes to inform the campus community we will be sending notifications from two email addresses helpdesk@ksu.edu and servicedesk@ksu.edu instead of  just one for improved efficiency during this transition time.  As requests slow down we will go back to using servicedesk@ksu.edu.  Remember, if you receive an email that may pretend to be the helpdesk or is just suspicious in nature leaving you with doubts please forward it to abuse@ksu.edu.
