Winows Computer Updates 6/30/2020

Update has been Completed
Information Technology Services (ITS) will remotely restart Windows computers supported by central desktop support located on campus or connected to campus through Global Protect VPN at 1am, June 30. The reason for the restart is to apply a change made in order for Global Protect to function properly.

FIS Maintnenance 6/27/2020

FIS Maintenance has been completed.

FIS will be unavailable Saturday, June 27th at 6pm through Sunday, June 28th around noon. This is planned maintenance that is scheduled every month

Network Maintenance (6/23) - Campus Wireless

Maintenance has been completed
ITS will be performing network maintenance on the campus wireless on 6/23/2020 from 9pm to 10pm. No downtime is expected.

All DFS web applications will be down for scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, June 9th, from 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

DFS systems (eForms and Decisions, etc) are online, and this morning's issues have been fixed.

The database has been restored. We are seeing an issue with electronic check-in of the documents in eForms not working. We are working to resolve the issue.

There are issues with eForms and DFS Decisions this morning. Data is being restored from a backup right now. Please refrain from using eForms and Decisions for the next couple of hours while the database backup from last night is being restored. Anything entered after 8pm last night will need to be re-entered. We apologize. Thank you for your patience.

Ackert Hall Network Maintenance - 06/10/2020

Maintenance has been completed.

NTS will be performing network maintenance in Ackert Hall on 6/10/2020 from 6 to 7pm.  This maintenance will affect both wired and wireless connectivity for areas on the 2nd floor during this time.

Some users with email clients using POP have reported issues receiving emails. ITS is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
