This issue has been resolved.
History:
Yesterday, IT was testing a script to remove spam emails from Office 365. The script had a variable that wasn't defined and the execution of the script could have potentially deleted data from Office 365. The data could be email, calendar entries or other types of files. IT is running a script to recover any potentially deleted data and will update this information once this is completed.
