Papercut Web Print services have been restored

 History:

PaperCut Web Print is currently offline.  The Division of IT is currently working to resolve the issue.

Google LTI tools maintenance - 8/26

Maintenance has been completed

 

 Google LTI tools will have slow loading from midnight to 1AM 8/26/2020 due to maintenance.

Media Site Maintenance - 08/25/2020

 Maintenance has been completed.

 History:

 Mediasite will undergo an update on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 from 5 a.m. until approximately 7 a.m. Users may experience intermittent interruptions of various Mediasite functions (playback, upload, editing, etc.) during the maintenance window.

Support Tool Maintenance 8/26/2020

Maintenance has been completed.

 

 eProfile and IDM Support tools will be unavailable between 5 AM and 6 AM on Wednesday, Aug. 26th for planned maintenance. Creation of eIDs and password changes will also be unavailable during this time period. 

Unger Network Maintenance 8/24/2020

This maintenance has been completed.

NTS will be performing network maintenance in Unger tonight  (8/24/20) from 6pm to 7pm.  This maintenance will affect connectivity to a small number of wired connections on the 1st floor.  Users can expect a 10 minute service disruption during this time.

Zoom Login Issues

Zoom has resolved the issue causing users to be unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars. Users are now also able to manage their service on the Zoom website. Zoom is currently monitoring to ensure that these services are operational

 

 

Zoom has received reports of users being unable to visit the Zoom website (zoom.us) and unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars using links.  This issues does not appear to be impacting any mobile or client logins.  Zoom is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.

FIS Maintenance 8/22/2020

 Maintenance has been completed.

 

 The Financial Information System (FIS) will be unavailable from 6 p.m., Saturday, August 22, through 6 p.m., Sunday, August 23. Once the monthly maintenance is complete, FIS will be brought back up for use.

Housing and Dining wireless network maintenance 8/6/2020

This maintenance has been completed.

History:

NTS will be performing maintenance on the Housing and Dining wireless network(s) on Thursday (8/6) from 5:30 AM - 7:30 AM.  This maintenance will affect wireless connectivity in the following areas:

Jardine Complex

Derby Complex

Kramer Complex

Honors House

Smurthwaite

Boyd Hall

Putnam Hall

During the maintenance intermittent connectivity for end users is expected.
