Mediasite Maintenance 9/29/2020

History:

 Mediasite will undergo an update on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 5 a.m. until approximately 7 a.m. Users may experience intermittent interruptions of various Mediasite functions (playback, upload, editing, etc.) during the maintenance window.

Mediasite Performance Issues - 09/20/2020

 Canvas has applied a fix and this issue has been resolved.

Mediasite is currently experiencing extended delays in processing new video content. Thank you for your patience while IT works to improve the performance of the infrastructure.

Initial Notice:  09/20/2020

When inserting a Mediasite presentation into Canvas, you may receive an error saying, "Content retrieval failed." A recent change in Canvas has broken part of the Mediasite integration and is expected to be fixed soon. Please see the knowledge base article below for more information and a workaround:

Throckmorton Electrical Maintenance - 09/19/2020

 Maintenance Completed

 History:

 Throckmorton performance maintenance on building transformer to occur on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020.  This maintenance will affect anything that uses electricity.  Maintenance appears to be occurring in "sections" of the building and each section may experience outages at certain times.  The schedule appears as follows:

• From 06 a.m. to 09 a.m. center section #1
• From 09 a.m. to 12 p.m. center section #2
• From 12 p.m. to 03 p.m. entire east section
• From 03 p.m. to 06 p.m. entire west section

FIS Maintenance 9/20/2020

 Maintenance has been completed.

History:

The Financial Information System (FIS) will be unavailable from 6 p.m., Saturday, September 19, through 6 p.m., Sunday, September 20. Once the monthly maintenance is complete, FIS will available for your use. Thank you for your patience as we work to maintain our IT systems. 

Canvas Maintenance 9/8/2020

 History:

Canvas will go through maintenance 9/8/2020 at 2:20AM, Canvas might not be available for up to 10 minutes.

HRIS, KSIS, and DARS Maintenance 09/06/2020

The maintenance has been completed.

History:

HRIS, KSIS, and DARS will be unavailable from midnight – 4 a.m., Sun., Sept. 6. Maintenance will be performed on the Oracle PeopleSoft systems.

ImageNow Application Maintenance - 09/01/2020

The maintenance has been completed.

History:

ImageNow Application will be unavailable from 6 – 7 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 1. Maintenance will be performed on the ImageNow/Perceptive Content Production Servers.
