Network Maintenance in Anderson - 10/25/2020

Maintenance Has been completed

History:

NTS will be performing maintenance in Anderson Hall on Sunday (10/25) from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.  This maintenance will affect network connectivity for some connections in the basement of Anderson Hall.  Wifi will not be affected by this maintenance.

Math Site Issues 10/22/2020

 Math Site Issues have been resolved.

History:

The math sites are currently experiencing some issues.  ITS is aware of the problem and is working to resolve the issues.

Mediasite Maintenance 10/22/2020

The maintenance has been completed.

History:

Mediasite will undergo an update on Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 5 a.m. until approximately 7 a.m. Users may experience intermittent interruptions of various Mediasite functions (playback, upload, editing, etc.) during the maintenance window.

Leave Requests Issues - 10/21/2020

Issue has been resolved

Leave Requests that are put in are currently being redirected to the Junk folder.  If you notice a missing request please check the Junk folder.  ITS is aware of the issue and is currently looking to resolve it.

Military Science Building Emergency Network Maintenance 10/12/2020

The maintenance has been completed.

History:

NTS will be performing emergency network maintenance on Monday 10/12/2020 from 6pm to 7pm for the Military Science Building.  Both wired and wireless services will be impacted.

Financial Information System (FIS) Maintenance

 Maintenance has been completed

The Financial Information System (FIS) will be unavailable from 6 p.m. Saturday, October 17, through 6 p.m. Sunday, October 18. Once the monthly maintenance is complete, FIS will available for your use.

Office 365 Issues

Microsoft services are now responding.

History:

 Microsoft is currently experiencing issues. Users may see impact to Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and http://Outlook.com.

Canvas Maintenance - 10/10/2020

 Maintenance has been Completed

Canvas will perform an engine upgrade to the Scorm LTI starting at 2:00 a.m., Saturday, October 10. The maintenance is expected to last 6 hours. The Scorm tool will be inaccessible during maintenance.

Office365 seems to be experiencing widespread issues.  Microsoft is investigating the issues and will provide more information as they work toward a resolution.
