Emergency Fiber Maintenance - 12/01/2020

The maintenance has been completed. 

 History:

Emergency fiber maintenance will be performed on December 1, 2020 from 12:01am to 5:00am.  This maintenance will create brief periods of service disruption to the connection between the Polytechnic and Manhattan campuses.

ImageNow Maintenance (12/04 - 12/07/2020)

 The upgrade has been completed.

ImageNow will be unavailable from 4 p.m. Friday, December 4 through 8 a.m. Monday, December 7. The downtime will be used to upgrade ImageNow to Perceptive Content Foundation version EP2.

HRIS, KSIS, and DARS Maintenance (12/06/2020)

The maintenance has been completed.

History:

HRIS, KSIS, and DARS will be unavailable from midnight - 4 a.m. Sunday, December 6. Maintenance will be performed on the Oracle PeopleSoft systems.

FIS Maintenance (11/21/2020 - 11/22/2020)

The maintenance has been completed.

History:

The Financial Information System (FIS) will be unavailable from 6 p.m. Saturday, November 21, through 6 p.m., Sunday, November 22. Once the monthly maintenance is complete, FIS will available for your use.

Wireless Authentication Maintenance (11/19/2020)

The maintenance has been completed.

History:

NTS will be performing maintenance on wireless authentication services tonight (11/19/2020) from 10:00 pm to 11:59 pm. No service disruption is anticipated during the maintenance window.

Network Maintenance in Chem (11/20/2020)

The maintenance has been completed.

History:

NTS will be performing network maintenance on (11/20/2020) from 6:30am to 8:00am in Chem BioChem. This maintenance will affect a limited number of wired connections while we replace 2 switches. The affected users should only experience a short period of network disruption during the maintenance window.

Cybersecurity Awareness Training 11/5/2020

  Additional licenses have been purchased and employees can now continue to complete the training.  If you should run into further issues please contact the IT Help Desk.

The error that you are seeing with the Cybersecurity Awareness Training is due to licensing. We are working with the vendor to resolve ASAP and hope to have a resolution by the morning of Nov 6 if not before. IT apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks you for your patience. 

M365 Issue 11/5/2020

History:

Microsoft is currently investigating online services issues with send/receiving emails or accessing the Exchange admin center.  This issue may also be affecting teams.

CMS Maintenance - 11/09/2020

 The maintenance has been completed.

History:
ITS will be performing maintenance on the CMS form submission server. During the maintenance window, 6 - 9 p.m. Monday November 9, the process that handles form submissions will be intermittently unavailable. Websites will be available during the window, but form submissions may fail.

Image Now Maintenance - Delayed

 The ImageNow upgrade scheduled for Friday, November 6 through Monday, November 9, has been delayed. The upgrade will be rescheduled for an upcoming weekend in November.

 ImageNow will be unavailable from noon Friday, November 6 through 8 a.m. Monday, November 9. The downtime will be used to upgrade ImageNow to Perceptive Content Foundation version EP2.

Firewall Maintenance - 11/2/2020

The maintenance has been completed.

History:

Monday, November 2^nd, between 8 PM and 10 PM, maintenance will be performed on the border firewalls.  This maintenance is not expected to result in any service disruption.
