User Impact: Users on Outlook on the web are noticing that signatures in email messages aren't showing up as expected.
More info: Users with email signatures already attached notice that the signature isn't appearing when creating new emails.
Users may also notice that options "Automatically include my signature on new messages that I compose" and "Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to" are appearing as unchecked after refreshing.
Current status: The provided network trace logs were inconclusive as there weren't any identifiable errors seen. We're reaching out to additional users to provide additional logging for further review.
Scope of impact: Users with existing email signatures or users attempting to add new email signatures using Outlook on the web are experiencing this issue.
E-mails sent with webmail may have incorrect or missing personal signatures at this time. Our vendor is aware and working towards a resolution.
