Network Maintenance - Olathe (08/03/2021)

The maintenance has been completed

History:

Maintenance will be performed on the fiber between the Olathe and Manhattan campus on August 3, 2021, from 12:01am to 6:00am.  A brief outage in connectivity between the campuses is anticipated as traffic is shifted to an alternate path.

Perceptive Content Maintenance (07/26/2021)

The maintenance has been completed.

History:

The Perceptive Content Production Environment will be unavailable from 12pm – 1pm, Monday, July 26th, for Server Maintenance.

Qualtrics Outage (07/22/2021)

Qualtrics is back online.

History:

At 11 a.m. Qualtrics started experiencing a widespread outage. Relevant information and updates will be posted here when they become available. 

Response from Qualtrics: "We are aware that Qualtrics websites and some services are currently unavailable due to a widespread internet services provider disruption. We are actively working to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience."

Financial Information System (FIS) - Maintenance(07/24/2021 - 07/25/2021)

This maintenance has been completed.

History:

The Financial Information System (FIS) will be unavailable from 6 p.m. Saturday, July 24, through 6 p.m. Sunday, July 25. Once the maintenance is complete, FIS will be available for your use.

Olathe Campus Network Maintenance (07/20/2021)

This maintenance has been cancelled, so there will be no downtime.

History: 

Zayo will be conducting network maintenance on Tuesday, July 20th, 2020 from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. During this time services being migrated will be impacted and result in a hard down for that service.

KSIS, HRIS, and DARS temporary login and usage issues (07/11/2021)

This issue has been resolved.

HIstory: 

There are currently issues preventing sign on with KSIS and HRIS, as well as issues using the DARS system, we are working to remedy this issue.

Temporary login issues with Zoom and O365

 The issue has been resolved.

History:

K-Staters may be experiencing temporarily login issues with Zoom and O365.  We are working to resolve this issue.

EIS Databse Down 7/6/2021

 The EIS production database has encountered an error.  ITS is aware of the issue and is currently working on restoring the service.

HRIS, KSIS, and DARS Maintenance (07/11/2021)

The Maintenance has been completed.

History:

HRIS, KSIS, and DARS will be unavailable from midnight - 4 a.m. on July 11. Maintenance will be performed on the Oracle PeopleSoft systems
