EID Creation and Password issues

The issue has been resolved.

History:

We are currently experiencing issues with the creation of EID's and Password Changes, the error continuously loads and then presents a "504 Gateway error". More information will be posted here when it becomes available.

Firewall Maintenance (10/28/2021)

This maintenance has been completed.


This evening, October 28th, between 8 PM and midnight, we will be performing software upgrades on the border firewalls.  We do not anticipate any service disruptions due to this maintenance.

Intermittent temporarily FIS login issues

This issue has been remedied.

History:

We are seeing widespread FIS logon issues with errors like "Authentication Failed" or "Cannot link user specified".  Please contact the Help Desk to open a ticket and provide the error and/or screenshot of the error.

Commons Public Labs Printing Issue (10/09/2021)

Printing from the black and white printers located in the Info Commons public labs and other service locations may not be working correctly from the public lab computers and through Web Print. The Division of IT is working to resolve the printing issues.

The Financial Information System (FIS) will be unavailable from 7 p.m. Friday, October 8, through Sunday, October 10.

HRIS, KSIS, and DARS maintenance (10/10/2021)

This maintenance has been completed.

History:

HRIS, KSIS, and DARS will be unavailable from
midnight - 4 a.m. on Sunday, October 10. Maintenance will be performed on the Oracle PeopleSoft systems.

This issue has been resolved.

 

Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021, 5:39 a.m. update:

Microsoft has identified the root cause and have implemented a fix.  They will continue to monitor their servers until the service has a full recovery.

 

Issue started at 5:42 pm Monday Oct. 4 2021.

Some users may be unable to access Outlook on the web or use some features across Microsoft 365 services.   Microsoft is aware of the issue and are working towards a solution.
