The phones on the Manhattan Campus are currently down. This is an AT&T issue and we are working with the vendor to restore services as quickly as possible.
Duo services are currently experiencing issues with time outs and access issues. Our administrators are aware of the situation and are working to alleviate the situation.

The Perceptive Content Production Environment will be unavailable from 6pm – 7pm, Wednesday evening, December 15th, for Server Maintenance.

The Financial Information System (FIS) will be unavailable from 6 p.m. Saturday, December 18, through 6 p.m. Sunday, December 19.
When using Chrome on a Windows computer, you may experience issues loading Canvas pages. If specific pages are blank for you, please try a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge. If you continue to experience issues with alternative browsers, contact the IT Help Desk at 785-532-7722.
Canvas will have a maintenance event from 12-2 a.m. on Thursday, December 16. Canvas will be unavailable for up to one minute during the maintenance.
Mediasite will undergo an update on Thursday, January 6, 2022, from 5 a.m. until approximately 5 p.m. Users may experience interruptions of various Mediasite functions (playback, upload, editing, etc.) during the maintenance window. More information:

We are currently experiencing issues with services using AWS. We are looking into this issue and will provide more information as it becomes available.
Updates: It appears that this issue is effecting canvas.k-state.edu, user are experiencing long load times or connection errors.
Teval is also down as a result of AWS Issues and Canvas being down.
OmniUpdate (K-State CMS) Notice: This Thursday at 5:30 p.m. PT, Omni CMS will undergo planned maintenance for our 2021.3 release. Omni CMS will not be available to SaaS customers for an estimated 90 minutes. Global search and Personalization will not be available until 8:30 p.m. PT.
Planned maintenance affects the CMS only. While you will not be able to edit pages or access the system, your live website will remain up and unaffected. Published pages containing Personalization and Omni CMS Calendar will remain up and will load without this content.
